Since 2018, PortalOne has been laser-focused on its mission to converge the best of gaming and live TV to build an entirely new category: hybrid games. To succeed in forging this new category, we've built a team of industry experts from around the world, all bringing unique experience from diverse industries. We want to increase the joy and value of playtime, and realise the full potential of immersive, gamified experiences to entertain, inspire, connect and develop people around the world. While our product is currently in beta, we are significantly outperforming industry standards, and we're now looking to supercharge our growth and increase our velocity as we gear up to launch PortalOne out into the world.

YOUR CHALLENGE
Dine oppgaver vil inkludere:
- Ansvar for design, planlegging og implementering av PortalOne Lunch Experience. Dette kan inkludere, men er ikke begrenset til:
- Varm lunsj
- Salatbar
- Smørbrød
- Sesongbaserte matretter og andre overraskelser
- Tilberedning av mat ved andre anledninger, som investorbesøk, innspillingsdager, osv.
- Ukentlig planlegging av måltider og innkjøp av matvarer.
- Ansvar for vedlikehold av kjøkkenet, som rengjøring, oppbevaring av mat, rapportering og oppfølging av reparasjoner/vedlikehold.
- Tilberedning av sunn snacks etter lunsj.
- Implementering og opprettholdelse av gode hygieniske praksiser.
- Innsamling av tilbakemeldinger fra kolleger og implementering av forbedringer og justeringer.
- Eierskap og ledelse av matrelaterte initiativer knyttet til spesielle arrangementer i tett samarbeid med arrangementsteamet.
- Initiativ for å redusere matsvinn.
Your tasks will include:
- Responsible and leading the design, planning and implementation of the PortalOne Lunch Experience. This may include but also not limited to:
- Warm lunch
- Salad bar
- Open faced sandwiches
- Seasonal meals and other surprises
- Prepare food on other occasions, such as investor visits, production days, etc.
- Weekly meal planning and procurement of culinary/food products.
- Responsible for upkeep of the kitchen, for example, cleaning, storing food, flagging and following up on maintenance/repairments, etc.
- Prepare healthy post-lunch snacks
- Implement and uphold excellent hygienic practices.
- Collecting feedback from colleagues and implementing change and/or making improvements and adjustments.
- Ownership and leading food related initiatives related to special events in close collaboration with the events team.
- Lead initiatives to help prevent food waste

- Fagbrev kokk.
- Ikke bare dyktig til å lage næringsrik og smakfull mat, men har også øye for estetisk presentasjon av maten.

- Culinary trade certificate.
- Not only proficient in making nutritious and tasty food, but also has an eye for aesthetic presentation of food.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Service-minded.
- Structured and organized.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with Norwegian and English - both written and verbal.
ABOUT THE JOB
