User Acquisition Manager

THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our user acquisition to the next level. You will manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, ensure effective budget allocation, and build strong relationships with ad networks. Your analytical skills and creativity will be fundamental to successfully expanding our user base and maximizing return on investment.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Budget Allocation:
- Develop and manage user acquisition budgets to surpass KPI and goals
- Allocate funds strategically across channels and campaigns
- Develop and manage user acquisition budgets to surpass KPI and goals
- Creative Testing:
- Lead creative development and testing efforts to identify high-performing ad formats.
- Analyze performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of different creatives.
- Ad Network Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with ad networks and media partners.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to optimize placements.
- Channel and Geo Expansion:
- Identify and open new user acquisition channels and geographical markets.
- Conduct market research to determine opportunities for growth.
- Retargeting Strategies:
- Develop and implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage users.
- Analyze user behavior to segment audiences for personalized messaging.
- Placement Analysis and Expansion:
- Monitor and analyze ad placements to identify areas for improvement.
- Expand into new placements that align with user acquisition goals.
- Creative Formats Diversification:
- Explore and implement diverse creative formats, including video, playable ads, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with the design team for impactful creative assets.
- Implement Effective Processes for Campaign Optimization:
- Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Make sure we implement data quality and validation processes.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and analytics, to align user acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- ASO:
- Help with ASO efforts to improve IPMs.
- Help improve conversion funnel
This role will report to our Growth Director and will work in close collaboration with the Growth team.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Facebook Ads Manager, Appsflyer).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with various ad networks, marketing channels, and optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset with a passion for testing and innovating.
